What are tendies?

Tendies are, of course, chicken tenders.
‍
But also, the term “tendies” is online slang for gains on your investments. The idea is to make enough money from a trade to buy some tendies for dinner. 

The term started out on a subreddit called WallStreetBets and reached the collective consciousness when GameStop’s stock ($GME) blew up in Jan 2021, and a subreddit with 800,000 members blew up to 9 million overnight. 

A lot of people grew their tendies exponentially like Jack grew his beanstalk.  In other words, they made a boatload of "f you" money.
